水利水电工程中的其他产品或工件的钢熔化焊T形接头、十字接头角焊缝/组合焊缝的超声检测,在役水工金属结构产品检验,可参照本标准执行。
Scope
This standard specifies the ultrasonic testing method for detecting defects in steel melt-welded T-joint fillet welds/butt joints and fillet joint combination welds (hereinafter referred to as combination welds) of hydraulic metal structural products using a type A pulse reflection ultrasonic flaw detector and Quality grading requirements. This standard is applicable to hydraulic metal structure products such as gates, sewage racks, sewage cleaners, pressure steel pipes, hoists, booms, automatic hanging and unloading beams, etc. in water conservancy and hydropower projects. The base metal thickness is 8 to 120mm. Ferritic steel melt welding Ultrasonic testing and quality assessment of T-joint fillet welds/combined welds. Ultrasonic testing of steel melt-welded T-joints, cross-joint fillet welds/combined welds of other products or workpieces in water conservancy and hydropower projects, and inspection of in-service hydraulic metal structure products can be performed with reference to this standard.
