为加强水利水电工程施工质量管理，统一发电电气设备安装工程单元工程安装质量验收评定标准，规范单元工程质量验收评定工作，制定本标准。
　　本标准适用于大中型水电站发电电气设备安装工程中，下列电气设备安装工程单元工程质量验收评：
　　1、额定电压为26kV及以下电压等级的发电电气一次设备安装工程；
　　2、发电电气、升压变电电气二次设备安装工程；
　　3、水电站通信系统安装工程。
　　小型水电站同类设备安装工程的质量验收评定可参照执行。

Scope

This standard is applicable to the project quality acceptance assessment of the following electrical equipment installation project units in the installation projects of power generation electrical equipment of large and medium-sized hydropower stations:
　——primary equipment installation projects of power generation electrical equipment with rated voltages of 26kV and below;
　——power generation electrical, booster Substation electrical secondary equipment installation project;
　——Hydropower station communication system installation project. The quality acceptance assessment of similar equipment installation projects in small hydropower stations can be implemented as a reference.
