Scope

1.0.1 This standard is formulated to standardize the design and construction of prestressed anchorage and make prestressed anchorage projects safe, reliable, economically reasonable and technologically advanced. 1.0.2 This standard applies to the design and construction of prestressed anchorage for hydraulic structures. 1.0.3 The design and construction of prestressed anchorage for hydraulic structures should actively adopt new technologies, new processes, new equipment and new materials. 1.0.4 The design of anchorage projects should meet the requirements of environmental protection. Before construction, environmental protection measures and implementation plans should be formulated, and the implementation plans should meet the requirements of environmental protection. 1.0.5 Before the construction of prestressed anchorage projects, a safe construction plan should be prepared, and the safe construction plan should comply with the provisions of SL 398 "General Safety Technical Regulations for the Construction of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Projects" and SL 401 "Safety Operation Regulations for Construction Workers of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Projects".
