Scope

This part of SN/T 1791 specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, sampling, inspection and quarantine, result determination and disposal of imported scrap motors that can be used as raw materials. This section applies to the inspection and quarantine of scrap motors mainly recycled from copper with customs commodity number 7404.0000.10. Scrap motors mainly recycled from other metal materials can also be used with reference.
