本标准规定了出口节日装饰用品的抽样、检验、检验结果判定及不合格的处置。
本标准适用于以绒布木制为主要材料，辅以其他材料如金属、塑料等制成的出口节日装饰用品检验。
本标准不适用于出口玩具、节日装饰灯具的检验。

Scope

This standard specifies the sampling, inspection, inspection result determination and unqualified disposal of exported holiday decorative items. This standard is applicable to the inspection of exported holiday decorations made of velvet or wood as the main material, supplemented by other materials such as metal, plastic, etc. This standard does not apply to the inspection of exported toys and holiday decorative lamps.
