Ship health certificate issuance specifications
Numbering rules: SS+organization code (6 digits)+5+year (2 digits)+serial number (6 digits). Total score ≥ 80 points can be issued, valid for 1 year, and core information such as ship name and tonnage must be filled in Chinese and English.
Health administrative control documents
The control decision must clearly state: Name of item/place, control basis (Article 72 of the Food Safety Law), control method (sealing/sealing), deadline and other elements, and inform the right of reconsideration.
Application Cases
When a food enterprise at a port applies for a health license, it must submit the following materials according to the requirements of Appendix N: application form, business license, floor plan, water quality test report, etc. The inspection and quarantine agency should complete the approval within 20 working days.
