Scope
This standard specifies the requirements for fiber content labeling, care labeling, origin labeling, labeling content, test methods, sampling, inspection and label compliance determination of imported and exported textiles. This standard is applicable to the inspection of fiber content labels, care labels, and origin labels of imported and exported textiles. Please refer to Appendix A for products to which this standard does not apply, unless otherwise specified by the state.
