Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, inspection, determination and disposal of self-igniting hazardous chemicals for import and export. This standard applies to the inspection of self-igniting items of imported and exported dangerous chemicals (see Appendix A for the list of self-igniting items).
