Introduction

Standard Background and Scope of Application

This standard replaces the original industry specifications and provides technical upgrades based on the special requirements of rescue packaging and large packaging. It is mainly applicable to the inspection and supervision of import and export dangerous goods transport packaging.


Definition of core terms

Large packaging Transport packaging exceeding conventional size ≥400kg or ≥450L

Key performance requirements

Sealing test

All class=instrument>Rescue packaging must pass a 98% pressure holding rate test, and the test method refers to the AQL standard of GB/T2828.1.

Stacking test

The packaging needs to withstand a pressure of 30kPa for 24 hours without deformation. Specific requirements:

  • ≤30kg packaging: stacking height ≥12mm
  • ≤5kg packaging: exempt from stacking test

Labeling specifications

Must include the following elements:

  1. United Nations number (UN number)
  2. Packaging type code (such as "T")
  3. Production batch identification
  4. "Rescue" wording (height ≥12mm)
