1 General
1.0.1 This standard was specially fabricate to improve the construction level of procedure pipeline engineering of oil and natural gas, to ensure fabrication and installation quality of, to achieve advanced technology, rationality, safety and reliability.
1.0.2 This standard is applicable to station procedure pipeline engineering related to newly-built or rebuilt (extended) oil and natural gas gathering process.
1.O.3 This standard is not applicable to: internal dehydration device of oil and natural gas field; refinery, pipelines in natural gas conditioning plant, procedure pipelines of gasoline fuelling station; station pump, heating furnace, flowmeter and pipelines of other similar equipments, and station high-temperature heat conduction oil piping.
1.0.4 The requirements of health, safety and environmental protection etc. that involved in procedure pipeline construction shall meet the requirements of relevant mandatory standards on industrial health, safety and environmental protection etc. specified by state and local government.
1.0.5 The construction enterprise which is responsible for the oil and natural gas station procedure pipeline must be used to be responsible for petroleum engineering construction, obtained corresponding construction enterprise qualification certificate, and developed quality assurance system to ensure engineering installation quality.
1.0.6 In addition to this standard, the construction and acceptance for procedure pipeline shall meet the requirements current national relevant mandatory standards.
2 Inspection of Piping Components
2.1 General requirements
2.1.1 All the piping components shall be checked the specification, material and type before using.
2.1.2 Piping components must be provided with product quality certification, product certificate and instruction book. If have doubt on the quality, reinspection must be carried out according to delivery contract and product standard, the performance index shall meet the relevant requirements of current national or professional technical standards.
2.1.3 Appearance inspection shall be carried out for the piping components, the surface quality shall meet the relevant requirements of design or manufacturing standards.

2.2 Pipeline Material
2.2.1 Pipeline material with special purpose shall be ordered according to the designed requirements, and carried out inspection according to the requirements.

2.3 Pipe Fittings and Fastening Pieces
2.3.1 As for elbow, reducing pipe, Tee, flange, gasket, blanking plate, compensator and fastening piece etc. , the dimensional deviation shall meet the relevant requirements of current national or professional technical standards.
2.3.2 Pipe fittings and fastening piece shall be checked the quality certificate of the manufactory before using, and confirmed that the following items meet the relevant requirements of current national or professional technical standards:
1 Chemical composition.
2 Mechanical performance after heat treatment.
3 Metallographic analysis report of alloy pipe fittings.
4 Nondestructive inspection report of pipe fittings and fastening pieces.
2.3.3 The technical requirements of high pressure fitting and fastening piece shall meet the relevant requirements of "Technical Conditions for PN 16.0~32.0 MPa Forging Angle Type High Pressure Valve, Pipe Fittings, Fastening Pieces" JB 450.
2.3.4 The quality of flange shall meet the following requirements:
1 The flange sealing surface shall be smooth and flat, shall be free from any rag, scratch, radial groove, pin hole and pore.
2 The trail groove of welding neck flange shall be free from bumping.
3 The screw thread of threaded flange shall be intact and no filament breakage.
4 The allowable deviation of the diameter of flange bolt center circle shall be ±0.3mm; the allowable deviation of flange thickness shall be ±1.0mm; the allowable deviation of center spacing of two adjacent bolt holes shall be ±0.3mm; the allowable deviation of the center spacing of any two holes shall be ±1.0mm.
2.3.5 The pipe fittings and fastening pieces used in acid environment shall be carried out treatment according to the design requirements, and may be put into use after qualified.
2.3.6 The bolt and nut of flange connecting piece, spiral wound gasket etc. shall meet the requirements of assembling, and shall be free from any defects such as scratch, rag, edge lifting and filament breakage that affect assembling.
2.3.7 Bolts and nuts used on high-pressure pipe shall meet the requirements of the current relevant national standards, two shall be respectively taken from each batch to carry out hardness inspection before using, if unqualified, carry out double inspection; if some of them are still unqualified, they shall be inspected one by one, the unqualified one shall not be used. When the diameter is larger than or equal to M 30, and the working temperature larger than or equal to 500℃, the hardness inspection shall be carried out for them one by one, if the nut hardness is unqualified, they shall not be used; if the bolt hardness is unqualified, respectively take the best and the worst one to test the mechanical performance, if unqualified one exists, take the bolt with the similar hardness to carry out double checking; if still unqualified, then this batch of bolts shall not be used.
2.3.8 The inspection of Tee and its quality shall meet the following requirements:
1 Main pipe shall be open hole according the actual internal diameter of the branch pipe, the hole wall shall be flat and smooth; the aperture allowable deviation shall be ±0.5mm.
2 The surrounding of the hole opening of main pipe and the branch pipe groove shall be clean, free from dirt, oil stain and iron stain.
3 The groove angle of Tee end face shall be 35°±5°, and the truncated edge shall be 1.0~2.0mm.
4 The allowable deviation of branch pipe and main pipe verticality shall not be larger than 1% of the branch pipe height, and shall not be larger than 3mm.
5 The allowable deviation of verticality of each end face shall not be larger than 1% of the steel pipe external diameter, and shall not be larger than 3mm.
6 The welded joint appearance quality of stiffening plate shall meet the design requirements.
7 The inspection of drawing Tee shall be carried out according to the design requirements, and the wall thickness and reduction amount etc. must meet the requirements.
2.3.9 The inspection of elbow and its quality shall meet the following requirements:
1 The elbow appearance shall be free from any defects such as crack, delamination, folded strata and overburning.
2 The wall thickness reduction amount of elbow shall be less than 10% of the thickness, and the actually measured thickness shall not be less than the wall thickness in the design calculation.
3 The groove angle of elbow shall be 35°±5, and the truncated edge shall be 1.0~2mm.
4 The elbow end face deviation, bend angle deviation and roundness, curvature radius deviation shall meet the requirements specified in Table 2.3.9.
