Scope

This standard stipulates the supervision work at each stage of the oil and gas pipeline project, including survey, design, equipment manufacturing, and construction. This standard applies to the supervision of new, expanded, and reconstructed oil and gas pipeline construction projects. The construction supervision work of pipeline projects transporting other media can be implemented with reference to this.
