Scope

To unify the format and preparation methods of petroleum surface engineering design documents to meet the needs of engineering design and information management of design documents, these regulations are formulated. 1.0.2 These regulations apply to the preparation of petroleum surface engineering design documents. When customers have special requirements, document preparation shall be carried out according to the standards and requirements specified by the customer. 1.0.3 These regulations specify the formats and basic requirements for the preparation of files related to the pre-design phase, preliminary design, construction drawings design, and standard design collections in petroleum surface engineering design. 1.0.4 The preparation of petroleum surface engineering design documents shall comply not only with these regulations but also with current national standards.
