本标准规定了滩海地区石油天然气建设工程岩土工程勘察工作阶段的划分、各类工程的勘察要求、不良地质作用和地质灾害的勘察、特殊性岩土的勘察、工程地质调查、勘探、试验和测试方法、现场检验和监测、岩土工程分析评价及勘察报告编制等的基本要求。
本标准适用于滩海地区石油天然气建设工程的陆域形成工程及陆域建（构）筑物、码头与栈桥工程、人工岛工程、固定式平台工程、管道线路工程、海堤及进海路等各种结构物的场地和地基的岩土工程勘察。

Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements for the division of geotechnical engineering investigation work stages for oil and gas construction projects in coastal areas, the investigation requirements for various types of projects, the investigation of adverse geological effects and geological disasters, the investigation of special geotechnical properties, engineering geological surveys, exploration, experiments and testing methods, on-site inspection and monitoring, geotechnical engineering analysis and evaluation, and the preparation of investigation reports. This standard is applicable to the geotechnical engineering investigation of the site and foundation of various structures such as land-forming projects and land-based buildings (structures), wharf and pier projects, artificial island projects, fixed platform projects, pipeline line projects, seawalls and sea access roads for oil and gas construction projects in coastal areas.
