Scope
This standard specifies the type, model representation method, basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of petroleum well drilling rigs (hereinafter referred to as well drilling rigs). This standard applies to the design, manufacturing and quality inspection of crawler-type well drilling rigs for onshore oil wells, tire-type well drilling rigs without derricks, and tire-type well drilling rigs with self-contained derricks.
