Scope

This standard stipulates the main technical responsibilities of the management department of crude oil demulsifiers and produced water treatment agents (hereinafter referred to as "two agents") used in oil fields, as well as the use, inspection, on-site application effect monitoring and health, safety, and environment of the "two agents" ( HSE) technical management requirements. This standard applies to the technical management of "two doses".
