Scope

This standard applies to the storage, handling and use of flammable and combustible liquids, including waste liquids. This standard does not apply to: liquids with a melting point greater than or equal to 37.8°C; liquids that have no flash point but can burn under certain conditions; aerosol products; smoke, sprays or foams; transportation of flammable and combustible liquids; and fuels Storage, handling and use of fuel tanks and containers associated with equipment.
