Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements for energy conservation in the design of new oil and gas gathering and transportation, water injection, oily sewage and related public works in onshore oil fields, including reducing energy consumption and reducing oil and gas losses. This standard applies to new construction projects of onshore oil field surface engineering. Expansion projects and renovation projects can be implemented by reference.
