Introduction
Core technical requirements of the standard
SY/T 6600-2020 clearly stipulates the exposed length of the conductor of the load detection cable: Insulation length ≥50mm, conductor exposed section ≥30mm (Clause 6.8.1). The insulation surface must be kept dry and clean (Clause 6.6.1.2).

Electrical performance test specifications
Capacitance measurement case: According to the requirements of clause 6.7, the capacitance value of each relative armor is measured at a frequency of 1kHz, and the calculation formula is C=Cmeasured/L (L is the cable length in kilometers). The measured capacitance value of a 7-core cable is 2.8μF/km, which meets the requirements of clause 5.7 of the standard.

- Introduced the low-temperature winding test (2m sample test at -15℃)
Implementation suggestions
- Temperature correction: Insulation resistance test needs to be converted to 20℃ according to the Kt coefficient table in Clause 6.6.3.2
- Arbitration test: Residual elongation test should ensure 250mm effective spacing (Clause 6.12.1)
- Transportation and storage: Cable drum diameter ≥50 times the outer diameter of the cable, flat laying is prohibited (Clause 8.1.2)
