Scope
This standard specifies the general technical requirements for the trial operation, oiling, operation and maintenance of onshore refined oil pipelines. This standard applies to onshore refined oil pipelines transporting gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel. Pipelines transporting other liquid hydrocarbon petroleum products may also be implemented accordingly.
