Core technology innovation

High and low pressure boundary management requires the establishment of a dynamic ledger and the setting of dual pressure monitoring, and the low-pressure end safety valve is forced to be put into use. When the pressure difference exceeds the design value by 10%, a special analysis needs to be initiated. Salt cavern gas storage needs to pay special attention to the gas-liquid interface monitoring during the gas injection and brine discharge stage, and the operation should be terminated when it is 0.5m away from the brine discharge pipe.

JT valve dew point control device for the first time clearly defines the temperature drop control standard, requiring the operating temperature not to be lower than the lower limit of the pipe material, and supporting a dynamic adjustment mechanism for the concentration of hydrate inhibitor injection.


Corrosion protection system

A three-level protection strategy is adopted:

  1. External anti-corrosion layer detection (new construction 1 year/conventional 5 years)
  2. Cathode protection parameter measurement (GB/T21246)
  3. Internal corrosion fixed-point thickness measurement (annual inspection + abnormal encryption)
Special pipe sections need to increase scour corrosion monitoring, and the corrosion rate assessment of elbows/tees and other parts is included in the life prediction model.


Implementation Suggestions

1. Digital O&M: Establish a SCADA system that integrates real-time warnings for 21 types of key parameters, such as compressor vibration and triethylene glycol pH value

2. Maintenance window optimization: Electrical facilities should be maintained during the balance period, and maintenance of gas trees should be carried out during the low-pressure period of the formation

3. Personnel training: Focus on strengthening special training for high-risk operations, such as high- and low-pressure boundary operations and ethylene glycol regeneration temperature control
