本标准规定了机车车辆主电路、辅组电路、控制和指示电路中安装的所有电工器件的通用规则。

Scope

Based on TB/T 1333.1, this standard specifies general rules for all electrical devices installed in the main circuit, auxiliary circuit, control and indication circuit of rolling stock. The purpose of this standard is to make the general conditions specified in TB/T 1333.1 applicable to all electrical devices on rolling stock to ensure the consistency of the technical requirements and tests of the corresponding devices. Electrical devices mainly refer to switching equipment and control equipment, including relays, switches, resistors, fuses, etc., regardless of the nature of their control. Note 1: At present, electronic components or electronic components are usually incorporated into electrical devices. This standard does not apply to electronic devices, but electrical devices cannot be excluded from the scope of this standard just because they contain electronic components. Electronic components should comply with appropriate standards. Note 2: After consultation between users and manufacturers, certain rules can be applied to electrical devices other than railway rolling stock, such as mining locomotives and trams. This standard gives a) device characteristics; b) usage conditions that the device should follow; C) test items and test methods used to verify that the device meets the characteristics under usage conditions; d) information that needs to be marked on electrical appliances. This standard does not apply to industrial electrical appliances, which should comply with their respective product standards. In order to ensure the normal operation of these electrical appliances on rolling stock, this standard only specifies the special requirements for these electrical appliances under railway application conditions. To this end, there should be special documents describing the special requirements that industrial electrical appliances should meet, such as:

　——installation and use to avoid withstanding special railway conditions ;
　——Additional tests used to verify that the appliance meets the conditions for railway use.
