Acceptance levelRefer to GB/T 29712Refer to the level correspondence of detailed technologies 1-4(Table 4-5)

Key technology innovation

1. Phased array detection technology: Multi-angle electronic scanning can detect complex geometric welds, and the detection efficiency is improved by 40%. Typical application case: CRRC Sifang EMU bogie weld detection.

2. Acoustic energy transmission correction: The material attenuation difference is calculated by the formula ΔV=H1-H212. When the loss difference is >2dB, it must be compensated.

Key points for implementation

  1. Before testing, the CSK-IA test block must be calibrated, and the refraction angle error must be ≤2°
  2. When testing curved workpieces, the probe matching gap must be ≤0.5mm, otherwise the bottom surface of the probe needs to be ground
  3. Sensitivity calibration cycle: Every 4 hours or at the end of the test

Standard evolution analysis

This standard has gone through iterations from the 1984 version, the 2010 version to the 2018 version:

  • 1984 version: Establishment of the basic detection framework
  • 2010 version: Introduction of DAC curve technology
  • 2018 version: Breakthrough addition of phased array detection to meet the detection needs of new materials for high-speed rail aluminum alloy bodies
