1 Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, acceptance, marking, coating and protection for wheelset installation.
This standard is applicable to the installation of railway vehicle's newly-made wheel and axle, but not applicable to the installation of power track vehicle wheelset and oiling press fitting wheelset. Any special requirement about wheelset installation shall be indicated on the product drawings and technical requirements.
