Vertical design bearing capacity is divided into 35 levels (1,000-100,000kN), compression deformation requirements:

Friction coefficient requirements under silicone grease lubrication conditions:

  • Normal temperature type (-25~60℃): μ≤0.030

For application during the standard transition period:

  • For reconstruction of existing lines, priority should be given to modified ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene skateboards
  • In high-cold areas, pay attention to the F mark verification of cold-resistant bearings
  • For long-span bridges, it is recommended to conduct a prototype test of 1.5 times the bearing capacity
