Introduction
Background of Standard Revision and Technological Evolution
This standard replaces TB/T 2604-2007, and the main technical changes are reflected in:
- Update of measuring tool type: Delete 13A measuring tool, and add 13B/16/17 forged hook tail frame measuring tool
- Upgrade of technical requirements: The hardness of the measuring surface is increased to 50-55HRC, and the parallelism tolerance is limited to 0.30mm
- Improvement of inspection system: Added hardness furnace sampling rules (5% and ≥2 pieces) and indication error verification method
Technical specifications of core measuring tools
| Measuring tool type | Key parameters | Accuracy requirements | Applicable vehicle models |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hook tail frame measuring ruler | Graduation value 0.05mm | Indication error ±0.20mm | 13B/16/17 type |
| 13B type inner cavity gauge | Inner cavity height 168+4mm | Surface roughness Ra1.6 | Special for 13B type |
| 17 type pin hole gauge | Pin hole Φ92+0.38mm | Chromium layer anti-rust treatment | Special for type 17 |
Key inspection methods
Hardness test specifications
According to GB/T 230.1 standard, a Rockwell hardness tester is used to randomly select 3 points on the measuring surface for inspection. If a single point exceeds the tolerance, it will be judged as unqualified. A typical case shows that the hardness value of a batch of gauges fluctuates by 8HRC due to quenching temperature deviation, and it meets the standard after adjustment through tempering process.
Indication error verification
Use a universal tool microscope with a gauge block set to compare the two scales at three characteristic points of 780/835/865mm. Data from a certain laboratory shows that every 1℃ increase in temperature will cause the measuring scale to expand by 0.012mm, and it needs to be calibrated in an environment of 20±2℃.
Implementation suggestions
- Measuring tool selection: Select the corresponding gauge according to the vehicle model. Type 16 and type 17 cannot be mixed
- Periodic calibration: It is recommended to re-check the hardness and key dimensions every 6 months
- Operation specification: Clean the contact surface of the hook tail frame before measurement, and keep the gauge insertion angle vertical
- Maintenance and storage: VCI vapor phase anti-rust paper can be used for short-term rust prevention, and anti-rust grease needs to be applied for long-term storage
