Scope

This standard specifies the evaluation and measurement methods for the vertical deflection of collapsed railway bridge structures. This standard is applicable to the evaluation and measurement of vertical deflection of small and medium-span simply supported railway bridges [Note] Note: When the vehicle speed on the bridge is V>120km/h, the evaluation of deflection is separately stipulated.
