Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, testing, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, etc. of current transformers for electrified railways. This standard applies to current transformers (hereinafter referred to as transformers) for electrical measurement and protection of electrified railway power supply systems with rated voltages of 50kV and 25kV and rated frequency of 50Hz.
