本标准规定了旅客列车DC 600 V供电系统及部件的技术要求、试验方法及检验规则等。
本标准适用于电力牵引的DC 600 V供电制式旅客列车及动力集中动车组。本标准也适用于内燃牵引的DC 600 V供电制式旅客列车及动力集中动车组(供电辅助发电机组除外)。动力分散动车组可参照执行。

Analysis of the core content of the standard
System composition and grounding protection
The DC600V power supply system adopts a centralized rectification + decentralized conversion architecture, including:
- Power supply device
- DC600V/AC380V inverter
- DC110V charger
- Vehicle-end connector (protection level ≥IP65)
Innovation requirements: Secondary resistor midpoint grounding protection (grounding current ≤300mA), and differentiated grounding schemes are adopted in different power supply scenarios (see the schematic diagram in Figure 1).

2011 version adds hot standby/mutual standby power supply function:
- Dual inverter hot standby: fault switching time ≤30s, hard-line fault signal output required
- Single inverter mutual standby: power supply to adjacent trains is achieved through AC380V connector, including status code transmission
Typical case: After a certain EMU adopted the mutual standby solution, the power supply reliability was improved by 40%.
Implementation suggestions
Key points for equipment selection
- Give priority to equipment with MTBF ≥ 50,000 hours
- The charger needs to support the temperature compensation curve (-40℃~+60℃)
- The inverter should meet VVVF soft start (compressor matching)
Acceptance process optimization
It is recommended to add: Supporting ground test → single vehicle test → marshaling test three-stage verification, focusing on:
- Appendix C vibration test of power supply device (Class 1 Grade A)
- Electromagnetic compatibility test (GB/T 24338.4-2009)
