1 Scope

This standard specifies decorating materials limit, test methods and inspection rules of harmful substance for carriage and cabins in railway locomotive and vehicle; it also specifies the air limit and test methods of harmful substance in the carriage and cabins.
This standard is applicable to limit and inspection of harmful substance in decorating materials and air in carriage and cabins for railway locomotive and vehicle with the maximum speed lower than 200km/h and used as a reference for the space involved with the working of staff.
