Core technology innovation
Compound operation system: Clause 4.1.19 of the standard innovatively proposed a synchronous replacement device for rails and sleepers, which is realized through integrated design:
- The automatic fastener recovery system (4.2.12.1) adopts magnetic conveyor belt technology with a drop rate of <0.5%
- The lateral adjustment accuracy of the sleeper centering mechanism (4.2.12.3) is ±5mm, which is better than the industry benchmark of ±10mm
- The hydraulic overload protection device (4.2.3) is set with three levels of pressure threshold
Implementation Guidelines
Response to special working conditions in plateaus
According to clause 4.1.23, when the altitude is >2000m, please note:
- Diesel engine power compensation coefficient ≥1.15
- Add plateau cooling device to the hydraulic system
- Insulation level of electrical components increased to Class F

Mandatory requirements of the standard (4.1.12):
- The fire protection system must comply with the UIC642 international standard
- A dual-circuit emergency stop device is installed in the running track area
- Engineering medical limit value of noise control 87dB(A)
