Key technical innovations

For the first time, the standard clearly defines the set pressure deviation range (±20kPa) of the overflow valve, and sets differentiated closing pressure requirements for products with different diameters. Among them, valves with diameters ≤12mm require closing pressure ≥89% of opening pressure.

Selection guide

Select temperature grade according to the operating environment:

  • Frigid lines should preferably use -40℃ type
  • Conventional lines can use -25℃ type

Maintenance points

It is recommended to retest the type inspection items every 5 years, focusing on the aging of the diaphragm assembly. The inspection cycle should be shortened in salt spray areas.
