This standard establishes for the first time a standardized grading system for Zizhou Astragalus simulated wild Mongolian Astragalus, and through the three-level quality control model of trait-ingredient-molecule, establishes an evaluation framework for 6 commodity grades.

DNA Barcode Identification

The psbA-trnH sequence was used as a molecular marker to ensure the accuracy of the gene through the PCR amplification process specified in Appendix B. The dominant haplotype sequence had characteristic insertions/deletions at sites 93, 202-206, etc.

Storage moisture control ≤10.0% to prevent mildew
