Scope
This standard specifies the basic technical requirements for equipment supervision services related to the manufacturing process of converter transformers in DC projects. It is applicable to equipment supervision activities carried out by equipment supervision units concerning converter transformers, including the basic requirements of supervision services, pre-production inspections, checks on technical documents, tests and inspections of raw materials and components, quality supervision during the production process, testing witnessing, progress control, and management of supervisory information.
To standardize and unify terms related to converter transformer equipment and other relevant terminology, it proposes important terms and definitions related to the manufacturing supervision of converter transformers.
The implementation process of supervision related to manufacturing quality is clearly defined.
Appendix A provides a table of major inspection points for the manufacturing supervision of converter transformer equipment, while Appendix B offers reference templates for various forms used by supervisory units during the supervision process.
