Key performance analysis

1. Waste spinning base characteristics

The patented technology (201711341972.7) is used to transform waste clothing into 430-450g/m² fiber felt. Tests show that:

  • Fiber mixing ratio: cotton spinning ≥40%, chemical fiber ≤50%, leather ≤10%
  • Longitudinal breaking tensile force ≥1300N/50mm, transverse ≥1200N/50mm
  • Weather resistance test passed 150 cycles from -60℃ to 40℃ without cracks

2. Self-adhesive layer technology

According to the requirements of GB/T 23260-2009:

Application case of an underground project in Beijing: During construction, the self-adhesive layer of the roll forms a "skin-like" bond with the base layer, maintaining a complete waterproof layer when the building settles 3mm, saving 30% of the energy consumption of traditional hot-melt construction.

Implementation suggestions

  1. Selection guidance: Mineral aggregate (M) type is used for exposed roofs, and fine sand (S) type is used for underground projects
  2. Construction points: Construction should be carried out when the ambient temperature is ≥5℃, the overlap width should be maintained at 100mm, and additional sealing treatment should be required at the joints
  3. Acceptance criteria: Focus on testing the soluble matter content (≥3300g/m²) and 70℃ heat resistance index
