本标准适用于以矿物源腐植酸钾为原料,与无机肥料通过化学方法和(或)物理混合造粒制得的腐植酸钾复合肥料,以及矿物源腐植酸钾涂覆于无机肥料表面制备得到的包裹型腐植酸钾复合肥料。

Technology Evolution Analysis

This standard innovatively divides the composite process of mineral source potassium humate and inorganic fertilizers into three categories: chemical synthesis, physical mixing, and surface coating. Compared with traditional compound fertilizers, its technological breakthroughs are reflected in:

  • Humic acid functional groups (carboxyl/phenolic hydroxyl) can chelate metal ions and reduce phosphorus fixation
  • The limit of water-soluble humic acid ≥2% ensures biological activity
  • Strict control of sodium ions ≤0.5% to avoid secondary salinization of soil

Key detection methods

Determination of water-soluble humic acid adopts the acid precipitation weight method (refer to T/CHAIA 5-2018), please note:

  1. Precipitation endpoint control when adjusting pH=1
  2. Temperature stability of vacuum drying at 60℃
  3. Parallel sample deviation should be <5%
