Technology Evolution Analysis
This standard innovatively divides the composite process of mineral source potassium humate and inorganic fertilizers into three categories: chemical synthesis, physical mixing, and surface coating. Compared with traditional compound fertilizers, its technological breakthroughs are reflected in:
- Humic acid functional groups (carboxyl/phenolic hydroxyl) can chelate metal ions and reduce phosphorus fixation
- The limit of water-soluble humic acid ≥2% ensures biological activity
- Strict control of sodium ions ≤0.5% to avoid secondary salinization of soil
Key detection methods
Determination of water-soluble humic acid adopts the acid precipitation weight method (refer to T/CHAIA 5-2018), please note:
- Precipitation endpoint control when adjusting pH=1
- Temperature stability of vacuum drying at 60℃
- Parallel sample deviation should be <5%
