Scope

During the writing of this section, references were made to the metal industry standard of the Institute of Metal Research (IMR) "Q/KJ.08.09—2017 Nuclear Power Plant Structure Material Light Water Reactor Environment Fatigue Design Model," ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section III-2004, NUREG/CR-6909, Effect of LWR coolant environments on the fatigue life of reactor materials, and JNES-SS-1005, Environmental fatigue evaluation method for nuclear power plants regarding fitting methods for mean curves of nuclear power plant structure material, establishment methods of design curves, and components process of environmental fatigue design models. These were specifically developed based on the accumulation of environmental fatigue data for nuclear power plant structures by the Institute of Metal Research (IMR). Detailed technical content is shown in Table 1. The materials include 19MnNiMo reactor pressure vessel ferritic steel forgings with a chemical composition of: 0.2C, 1.41Mn,
