T/CSAE 150-2020 Requirements and test methods of road vehicle’s adaptability to complex electromagnetic environment
1 Scope
This standard specifies the test methods and requirements of vehicle’s adaptability to complex electromagnetic environment
This part is applicable to Categories M and N vehicles (not limited to vehicle driving systems, such as spark ignition engines, diesel engines and electric motors).
2 Normative references
The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For dated references, only the edition cited applies. For undated references, the latest edition of the referenced document (including any amendments) applies.
GB/T 4365 Electrotechnical terminology - Electromagnetic compatibility
GB/T 29259 Road vehicle - Electromagnetic compatibility terminology
GB/T 33012.1-2016 Road vehicles - Vehicle test methods for electrical disturbances from narrowband radiated electromagnetic energy - Part 1: General
GB/T 33012.2-2016 Road vehicles - Vehicle test methods for electrical disturbances from narrowband radiated electromagnetic energy - Part 2: Off-vehicle radiation sources
3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 4365 and GB/T 29259 and the following apply.
3.1
complex electromagnetic environment
sum of all electromagnetic phenomena in a certain space, time, frequency and power domain
3.2
I/Q data
in-phase/quadrature data of radio frequency signals
3.3
electromagnetic environment signal
electromagnetic signals in complex electromagnetic environment
3.4
standard signal
CW signal defined in GB/T 33012.1-2016
3.5
standard scene signal
composite signal of single frequency point signals, with each single frequency point signal corresponding to the same or different modulation mode
3.6
typical scene signal
electromagnetic environment signals in typical scenes (industrial areas, subway stations, commercial areas, etc.)
3.7
complex scene signal
complex scene signal includes the composite signal of standard scene signals and composite signal of typical scene signals
3.8
complex electromagnetic scene signal database
sum of the collected data obtained by collecting electromagnetic environment signals
3.9
channel power
average value of the signal power within a certain bandwidth
4 Requirements
4.1 General
The test shall be carried out in a semi-anechoic chamber, and the ambient temperature shall be (23±5)℃. The test frequency range shall be 10kHz to 6,000MHz, and the equipment shall meet the requirements of GB/T 33012.2-2016.
4.2 Apparatus
4.2.1 Signal generating device
The signal generating devices used in the test are data recorder and vector signal generator. The data recorder is used to store I/Q data of electromagnetic environment signals, and the vector signal generator is used to play standard signals, standard scene signals, typical scene signals and complex scene signals.
