Scope

The formulation and implementation of the Group Standard "Common Elements Specification for Technology Big Data Basic Entity Portraits" will standardize the common elements in the application of technology big data institutions, projects, and talent portraits. It promotes the normalization, professionalization, and coordination capabilities of technology big data knowledge graphs, providing reference and guidance for relevant organizations and enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness. The main technical content is as follows:

1. Terminology and Definitions: Provides terms and definitions related to common elements in technology big data institutions, projects, and talent portraits, including "technology big data," "institution," "talent," "project," "portrait," and "relationship."

2. Principles for Establishing Common Portrait Elements: Clarifies three principles for establishing common portrait elements of technology big data, namely the Minimum Description Principle, Single Association Principle, and Relatively Stable Principle. Among them:
- The Minimum Description Principle refers to the basic attribute characteristics of the three essential elements of technological input in the construction of technology big data adhering to the principle of maximum consensus.
- The Single Association Principle stipulates that in the construction of technology big data, the association relationships of the three essential elements of technological input follow the basic principle of single role relationship.
- The Relatively Stable Principle indicates that during the construction of technology big data, the basic attribute characteristics of the three essential elements of technological input should maintain relative static within a certain spatiotemporal scope.

3. Common Elements Compilation Standards: Chapter 5 provides metadata description requirements for technology big data institutional factors, project factors, and personnel factors, respectively.

The terminology involved in this standard, such as "technology big data," is formulated based on the requirements of the data integration system construction work practice of the China Institute of Scientific and Technical Information. Among them:

- Project portrait elements were proposed by the China Institute of Scientific and Technical Information and optimized by Shanjizhilian (Beijing) Network Technology Co., Ltd. and Wuhan Zhiyun Software Co., Ltd. based on their business practices;
- Institutional portrait elements were proposed by the China Institute of Scientific and Technical Information and optimized by Beijing Cloudlink Information Technology Co., Ltd. according to its business practice.
