Scope

The green supply chain is based on the traditional supply chain and integrates management concepts such as green design, green procurement, green production, green logistics, recycling and reuse, and data information platform construction into the enterprise's management process. It is a supply chain system that comprehensively considers the coordination and unity of economic benefits with resource conservation, environmental protection, and human health and safety requirements. Implementing green supply chain management is an effective way to enhance corporate competitiveness and achieve sustainable development.

This document proposes corresponding green operation standards for each link in shield machine manufacturing enterprises. The purpose is to provide technical basis for the effective operation of a green supply chain management system (or integrating green supply chain management into existing quality management systems, supply chain management, and information management systems) in shield machine manufacturing enterprises. It guides these companies on how to effectively plan, organize, and control the entire product life cycle process and each link in the supply chain, improve the supply chain system, reduce the use of harmful substances in shield machines, increase resource utilization efficiency, lower environmental impact, and mitigate risks to human health.

This document specifies terms and definitions, planning, implementation and control, performance evaluation, management review, and continuous improvement content related to the green supply chain system for shield machines.
