Scope

This document primarily covers the following technical contents:
1) Materials: Regulations on concrete, steel, connection materials, waterproofing materials, and embedded parts for prefabricated concrete components.
2) Overall Design: Clarifies basic regulations, detailing plane design, vertical design, horizontal design, section design, and joint design.
3) Structural Design: Defines basic regulations, covering structural design calculations, seismic design, embedded part design, construction details, waterproofing design.
4) Production and Transportation of Prefabricated Concrete Components: Sets out fundamental guidelines, including concrete preparation, reinforcement cage fabrication, mold assembly, shaping and curing, demolding, lifting, post-production handling, quality inspection, labeling, storage, shipment, green production, safety, and labor protection measures.
5) Construction and Installation: Outlines basic regulations, addressing foundation treatment, installation of prefabricated components, on-site concrete pouring, prestressing construction, waterproofing works, construction safety, and sustainable construction practices, as well as monitoring and measurement.
6) Quality Inspection and Acceptance: Specifies basic guidelines for foundation inspection, component arrival inspection, component installation inspection, joint connection inspection, prestressed structure acceptance, and waterproofing project acceptance.
