Scope

This document stipulates the marking, requirements, test methods, acceptance rules, packaging labeling, transportation and storage of fine polyester filament embroidery thread products. This document applies to polyester filament embroidery threads made from polyester filament raw thread as raw material and refined through dyeing, lubrication, winding and other processes. Product Marking 4.1 Fine polyester filament embroidery threads use linear density as the main specification. 4.2 High-quality polyester filament embroidery thread: the raw material code is TF, and the high-quality product code is H. 4.3 When labeling fine polyester filament embroidery thread, the raw material code, thread density, number of strands and fine quality should be indicated respectively. Example: The single-strand thread density of fine polyester filament embroidery thread is 133 dtex, and the number of strands is 2 strands. It should be written as: TF133 dtex×2 H.
