Analysis of key technical points

1. Material performance requirements

The standard divides products into two categories: disposable and reusable. The latter needs to undergo 20 times of decontamination test. The key differences are:

• Mechanical properties: The breaking strength requirement of the reusable type before disinfection is 300N, which is three times that of the ordinary type
• Protective performance: The filtration efficiency after disinfection remains ≥70%, ensuring the protective effect after multiple uses
• Durability: The dimensional change rate after washing is controlled within the range of -3% to +3%

2. Special testing methods

The standard innovatively stipulates the disinfection test procedure:

1. Soak in 0.5% peracetic acid or 2000mg/L chlorine-containing disinfectant for 1 hour
2. Bathing ratio of 1:15 to ensure sufficient infiltration
3. Rinse with 30℃ water for 30 minutes and then dry at 60℃
4. A complete cycle is counted as 1 time, and 20 tests must be completed continuously

Implementation and application suggestions

1. Production process control

For laminating/coating process:

• Defects such as crystallization and agglomeration on the membrane surface are controlled within ≤1cm
• Width deviation is strictly controlled within -1.0%～+1.5%
• Cumulative defects within 1m in the warp direction are ≤4 points
