Scope

This document gives the general principles and calculation methods for the cost of industrial cleaning projects. The cost of industrial cleaning projects is composed of direct costs + indirect costs + profits + taxes. Direct costs include direct engineering costs and measure costs. Direct engineering costs refer to the various costs incurred to complete the project entity during the cleaning construction process, including labor costs, material costs, and machinery costs. Measure fees refer to the non-engineering entity project costs in terms of technology, life, environmental protection and other aspects that occur in the preparation and construction process of the project to complete the construction of the project. Measure fees include general measure fees and other measure fees. Indirect costs include corporate management fees and regulatory fees. Enterprise management fees refer to the expenses required by construction enterprises to organize construction and operation and management. Fees refer to the fees that must be paid according to the regulations of the government and relevant departments. The profit is the balance after the construction company completes the cleaning project, subtracting the estimated costs from the estimated revenue. Taxes are various taxes that should be included in the cost of cleaning projects according to national and local tax laws.
