Scope

Mobile pressure vessels covered by this rule include railway tank cars, truck tank cars, long tube trailers, tank containers and tube containers, etc. The filling medium of mobile pressure vessels includes compressed gas, high (low) pressure liquefied gas, refrigerated liquefied gas and liquids with a maximum operating temperature higher than or equal to the standard boiling point (note).
