本标准给出了康复医学从业人员培训的总则、培训部门、培训对象、培训方式、培训内容、培训大纲、考核与结业、培训师资人员、培训学习资源与环境等方面的指导和建议。
本标准适用于康复相关法人机构下设培训部门对各级医疗机构、社区卫生服务中心、老年护理院等单位中从事（拟从事)康复医疗工作医务人员进行的康复岗位知识规范化培训。

Scope

To improve the quality of rehabilitation position training services and enhance the clinical rehabilitation medical service capabilities, this standard, in addition to standardizing the training and assessment process, is based on the "Notice of the Office of the Ministry of Health on Issuing Training Schemes for Community Healthcare Personnel in Seven Professional Fields including Rehabilitation" (No. 105 [2009] of the MOH Education and Science Department), the "Notification of the Medical Administration Bureau of the National Health and Family Planning Commission on Doing Well in the 2013 Clinical Shortage Talent Training Project" (Notice No. 214 [2013] of the MOH Medical Affairs Office), the "Shanghai Resident Physician Standardized Training Implementation Measures (Trial)" (No. 5 [2010] of the Shanghai Health and Family Planning Commission), and the "Provisional Regulations on the Management of Multi-Practice Registration for Practicing Physicians in Clinical Category with Specialties Including Rehabilitation" (No. 144 [2018] of the Shanghai Health and Family Planning Regulations). According to current demands for various types of rehabilitation talents, special training schemes are established, including:
(1) Certification training for community health service personnel who plan to engage in rehabilitation medical work;
(2) Standardized training for new graduates in therapy;
(3) Training for clinical physicians from non-rehabilitation specialties who intend to switch to or add a rehabilitation practice.
