Scope

This part of WS 364 stipulates the national common identification of health service recipients and the certificate or document numbers that need to be identified when receiving medical and health services, including urban and rural residents’ health file numbers, participating farmers’ personal medical certificate (card) numbers, resident health card numbers, and Medical birth certificate number.
