Detailed explanation of key technical requirements
1. Form inheritance system
The standard completely retains the eight specification systems from two types to nine types recorded in the Ministry of Industry Rules of the Qing Dynasty, among which:
- Maximum specification: the length of the two-type simple tile is up to 432mm
- Minimum specification: the thickness of the nine-type tile is only 48mm
2. Scientific control of glaze color
The CIELAB colorimetric system is innovatively introduced to specify the Lab values of four typical glaze colors: yellow, green, blue and black:
Taking the yellow colored glaze of the Hall of Supreme Harmony in the Forbidden City as an example, the standard values are: L*=50.26, a*=13.72, b*=39.87
