Introduction

Analysis of the core content of the standard

This standard systematically regulates the equipment technology system of fire investigation vehicles, and for the first time establishes the three-level configuration standards of basic type, standard type and enhanced type. According to the requirements of Chapter 4, municipalities/provincial capitals need to be equipped with standard type and above equipment, and other regions can choose the configuration type according to actual conditions.

Key technical requirements

Vehicle modification specifications

According to Chapter 6, vehicle modification must meet the following requirements: Dustproof sealing ≥ 90%, Rainproof sealing ≥ 87%, and interior materials must pass the GB 8410 flame retardant test. The electrical system should be equipped with an independent grounding device with a grounding resistance of ≤ 4Ω (GB 14050).

Equipment fixing requirements

Clause 5.3.2 clearly states that the equipment fixing frame must meet the following requirements:
1) Dynamic load test: able to withstand an impact force of 2.5 times the weight of the equipment
2) The vibration isolation pad must pass a 72-hour salt spray test
3) Displacement during emergency braking ≤5mm


Implementation suggestions

  1. Purchase configuration: It is recommended that prefecture-level units give priority to standard configurations, equipped with key equipment such as laser rangefinders and portable X-ray machines
  2. Maintenance: Establish a monthly inspection system, focusing on monitoring UPS power supplies (capacity attenuation ≤15%/year) and climbing equipment (safety factor ≥8)
  3. Staff training: GB/T 32 hours of professional training as stipulated in 25203, with special emphasis on the operation of special equipment such as plasma cutters
