本标准规定了马氏体不锈钢中δ铁素体含量金相测定法的试样选取与制备、评定原则、测定方法及试验报告等。
本标准适用于采用纵向试样测定经压力加工的马氏体不锈钢中δ铁素体面积百分含量。经供需双方协商，也可采用横向试样测定δ铁素体体积百分含量，具体要求按附录C。

Scope

This standard specifies the sample selection and preparation, evaluation principles, measurement methods and test reports for the metallographic determination of delta ferrite content in martensitic stainless steel. This standard is applicable to the determination of the area percentage of delta ferrite in pressure-processed martensitic stainless steel using longitudinal specimens. After negotiation between the supplier and the buyer, transverse samples can also be used to determine the volume percentage of delta ferrite. The specific requirements are in Appendix C.
