Key technical requirements
1. Material specifications
Steel strands shall comply with the YB/T 4542 standard. The rare earth content in the zinc-5% aluminum-rare earth alloy coating directly affects the corrosion resistance. Anchor materials must meet the following requirements:
- Ultrasonic flaw detection of forgings meets GB/T 4162 Class B
- Magnetic particle testing of steel castings reaches GB/T 9444 Class 2
2. Mechanical property control
Typical case:A stadium cable membrane structure uses φ50mm hot-cast cables, which need to be over-tensioned with 1.25 times the design tension (≥45% breaking force), and the outward displacement is ≤6mm.
Static load test formula: Fch,min=Ac×Rt×K1/1000 (hot casting)
Implementation suggestions
- When the length is greater than 100m, temperature deformation must be compensated (ΔL=αLΔT)
- Pressed cables are preferably used in short-term load scenarios
- Diameter of the coil during storage ≥ 20 times the diameter of the steel strand
